CEO - Jeff Millhollin

Jeff Millhollin, a graduate of Northwest Nazarene University with Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, began his career at Pacific Steel & Recycling in 1999 as the Assistant Operations Manager. He was promoted to Regional Manager of Boise/Nampa, Idaho in 2001, and accepted the position of Vice President of Scrap Operations in 2007. In September 2011, he was appointed the President and CEO, by the Board of Directors of Pacific Steel & Recycling. He also serves as Chairman of the Board.

His previous experience in the scrap industry was with SimsMetal Management. His duties included postings in Australia, California, and finally in Canada before coming to Pacific in 1999.

Jeff has served as Treasurer and on the Board of Directors of the Association of Idaho Recyclers; President of the British Columbia Chapter of the Canadian Association of Recycling Industries; committee member of the Northern California Chapter of the Institute of Scrap Recycling Industry; a member of the Executive Leadership Exchange in Nampa, Idaho; on the Board of Directors for the Great Falls Rotary Club; Board of Directors for the Great Falls Public Schools Foundation and served on many other community volunteer organizations.

Jeff is married and has two children.

Executive VP - Marshall Knick

Marshall graduated from Montana State University with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering in 2000 and received his Master of Business Administration from the University of Montana in 2002. Marshall has been with Pacific since 2002 and has worked throughout our footprint holding various positions within the recycling side of our business such as Assistant Manager, Manager, and Regional Manager before becoming the Vice President of Eastern Operations in 2019. Marshall is now the Vice President of Recycling Operations as of September 2022.

Marshall is currently a Board Member of National Association Supply Co-Operative, Inc., a Board Member of Employee-Owned S Corporations of America, and current member of the Rotary Club of Great Falls. Marshall is also involved with the Institute of Scrap Recycling Industries and Past President of the Billings Industrial Revitalization District.

Marshall and his wife reside in Great Falls, MT with their two children.

VP: Steel - Ed Joyce

Ed graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance in 1993 and received an MBA from the University of Central Oklahoma in 1996. He worked for Zale Corporation in Dallas, TX as a Financial Analyst and Staff Accountant for two years before joining Chaparral Steel in 1998 where he started his steel career in the sales department. He was then promoted to District Sales Manager and was responsible for the Western U.S. Region which also included Western Canada. He continued in the same position with Gerdau (A Brazilian based steel company) after it acquired Chaparral Steel in 2007. In 2009, Ed took a position with Nucor Steel in Utah where he was hired on as a District Sales Manager for the Intermountain Region of the U.S.

Ed is currently involved with the Metals Service Center Institute and the North American Steel Alliance organizations. He joined Pacific Steel and Recycling in 2011 as Branch Manager of the Salt Lake City, UT operation and was named Vice President of Steel Operations in 2013.

Ed, his wife and three children reside in Great Falls, MT.

VP Combo Operations - Brandon Rosten

Brandon started with Pacific Steel and Recycling in 2004 as a bandsaw operator at our Great Falls New Steel Service Center. In 2009 he moved to Rock Springs, WY. Over the next 13 years he moved across our footprint as an Assistant Manager and Branch Manager of four of our branches. In 2022 he was promoted to Vice President of our Combination Facilities. Brandon has a B.S. in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.

Brandon and his wife Jody have two children.

VP Scrap Operations - Steve LaBelle

Steve started his career with Pacific Steel & Recycling in Billings, MT in 2012 as an over-the-road CDL Driver delivering shred bales to the Pacific Shredder in Mayfield, ID. Steve worked various other jobs at the Billings, MT branch before accepting the Assistant Manager position in Rock Springs, WY in 2014. Steve was then promoted to the Branch Manager position in Rapid City, SD in 2017. Steveā€™s Pacific journey then led him back to manage the Rock Springs, WY branch in 2019. In 2023 he was promoted to Vice President of Recycling Operations.

Steve and his wife Janell reside in Great Falls, MT.

CFO - Amy Byrd

Amy has a BBA majoring in Accounting and a Masterā€™s in Business Administration both obtained from Valdosta State University located in Valdosta, Georgia. Amy began working at Pacific Steel & Recycling in 2012 and took the position of CFO in January of 2020. Her previous experience includes CFO for a Community Health Care Center, Director of Finance for a Housing Authority, and Accounting Manager for construction/property management companies.

Amy serves as Treasurer on the Family Connections of MT board and the Great Falls Clinic Legacy Foundation board. She is also a member of the Great Falls Development Authority Loan Committee.

CIO - Kenneth Hess

Kenneth graduated from Texas State University with a BBA in Computer Information Systems.Ā  His previous experiences in the automotive industry range from IT manager, Software Development Manager, and ultimately Operations Officer where he oversaw warehouse operations, purchasing, and IT.Ā  He joined Pacific Steel & Recycling in 2014 as the Chief Information Officer.

Kenneth has served on many different boards in his career including the supply chain committee for General Motors / ACDelco division, steering committee for customer portals with Castrol North America, Co-Man Council with Federated Auto Parts, and the Manufacturing Advisory Board within Quest Users Group.

Kenneth is married and has three children.

HR Director - Stacey Lamy

Stacey graduated from Minot State University in 2000 with a B.S. in Business/Marketing. She spent the following 4 years in Germany working in Accounting for Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS). She moved to Las Vegas, NV in 2004 and transitioned into Human Resources with TRAX International Corporation, a large employee-owned government contractor. She was promoted to Human Resources Director in 2005 where she was responsible for corporate compliance, training and development, recruiting, workerā€™s compensation administration, policy development and benefits administration, including oversight of the companyā€™s 401k, Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) and Self-Funded Health Plan.

Stacey has been a member of the Society for Human Resource Management since 2006. She also volunteers as a key spouse and is active in the military community. She and her husband, Josh, have two children.
